BVG's Wild Side - presented by IASP

Why does the BVG "green" its tram tracks? Which plants grow between the rails? Do the plants have to be watered? - On 15 June 2014, the Green Track Network invites you to discover the Green Track on the Langer Tag der StadtNatur (Long Day of Urban Nature).
Experts from BVG and IASP will show participants how nature can return to the city with modern rail infrastructure: How do tram tracks work? What opportunities and challenges does their re-naturalisation bring?
